What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL (full container load) means you book a whole container. LCL (less than container load) means your cargo shares a container with other shipments and you pay for the volume you use. LCL is usually better value for smaller sea shipments.
How is chargeable weight calculated for air freight?
Airlines charge the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. For air freight, volumetric weight is normally calculated as length × width × height in cm ÷ 6,000. That is why accurate dimensions help us quote correctly.
Can you clear my goods through Cyprus customs?
Yes. We handle import and export customs clearance and can advise which documents you need, such as the commercial invoice, packing list and any certificates.
Do you ship dangerous goods?
Yes, by air and sea, provided the goods are correctly classified, packed and documented. Please mention DG and share the safety data sheet (SDS) when requesting a quote.
Can I send personal parcels to the UK?
Yes. Many private customers use our courier service to the UK. Contact us with the size and weight of your parcel for a price.
Do you offer cargo insurance?
Yes. Compensation is based on the commercial invoice value (or the market value if there is no invoice), and transport costs are also reimbursed.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
