When you use our quote, shipment status or contact forms we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone number, shipment details, any files you upload, and your message. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we process the information you share.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To respond to your request and prepare offers (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To perform freight forwarding services you book with us (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To meet legal obligations such as customs, tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• For our legitimate interests in running and securing our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share it with

Only where needed to handle your shipment or request: carriers, airlines, shipping lines, partner agents, customs authorities, insurers, and our IT and hosting providers (including our website host, which processes form submissions). Some partners are located outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and shipment records for the periods required by customs, tax and accounting law.
